This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.kuanela.com (“Platform”), operated by Kuanela Education (“Merchant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions. Please read this Policy carefully before completing any transaction.

Once a transaction is successfully completed, it becomes a legally binding agreement between you and Kuanela Education for the purchase of the selected product and/or service.

Since our offerings may include digital educational services, courses, training programs, mentorship, or related learning products, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the terms set out below.

2. Cancellation Policy

A user may request cancellation of a transaction only where cancellation is specifically permitted on the Platform or in the relevant product/service terms.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any cancellation request at our sole discretion. We may also request additional details or supporting information before deciding on a cancellation request.

If a cancellation request is approved before the service has been delivered or accessed, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product or service delivered does not materially match the description provided on the Platform.

  • The user is unable to access the purchased service due to a technical issue attributable to us, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

  • A refund is specifically mentioned for that product, course, or service on the Platform.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of interest

  • Failure to use the service

  • Failure to achieve a specific result or outcome

  • Incorrect assumptions by the user regarding the service

4. Time Period for Refund Requests

Any refund request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of the transaction, unless a longer period is specifically mentioned on the Platform for that product or service.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

  • The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. No Guarantee of Refund

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Kuanela Education. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

8. Service Access and Non-Refundable Items

If a user has already accessed, attended, downloaded, or consumed a digital course, class, or educational service, refund eligibility may be limited or denied, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.

9. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

Users are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any payment or service issue before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent, unauthorized, or unjustified chargeback claims and to provide transaction records and supporting evidence to the relevant financial institution or authority.

We may update or revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
